Nice hotel with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet. Highly recommend enjoying a cocktail at the bar!

We explored beautiful beaches and hiked to fine viewpoints. The location was perfect, and the super nice team with anything we needed. Our room had a fantastic sea view .

fantastic views and central access for city exploration
Our room had a fine view of the water and we were just a few steps away from the Augustus Gardens with some of the best views on the island. This place made exploring Capri so easy and enjoyable for our weekend getaway.

Charming and cozy vibes
The staff were super friendly, especially during breakfast, a nice start to our days. The views from the pool deck are just amazing! The only thing that wasn't great was the queen room was a bit cramped for us. Still, we'll definitely stay again, just maybe in a bigger room next time!

The location was perfect, with a fine ocean view from our room and an intimate atmosphere that felt less crowded. Breakfast was a highlight, with a large selection, including good homemade desserts. The staff were attentive, especially Michele, who ensured our every need was met, including delivering a forgotten item via ferry. The queen room was slightly cramped for a longer stay, and although the service was prompt, the lack of full meal options led us to explore local dining more than expected.

The breakfast was superb, reasonably priced. The room was normal double and with central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television at your disposal, exceptional view.

The room was clean and had a variety of english speaking channels on tv (which is unlikely to be found in many hotels in Italy). The location was also great as it is near the shopping area or piazetta.
The breakfast is the worst i have ever seen in any hotel around the world. It is simply a basket of croissant and bread with jam and butter on the side, anything else you order is counted as extra. Also, the staff were not very helpful when it came to pointing out the good restaurants or helping with the tours and excursions to be taken. Also, the view from the rooms that are not sea view was awful, no point in having a small balcony.

The hotel's location was marvellous and fantastic to the Naples airport. Further, it was short walk to the funicular, the shops and the steer to walk, away from all the noise, and the main avenue where all the high-end shops. The breakfast was superb, the room was sparkly clean and airy with seaview, the terrace, for instance, more than enough for the trip. A shower, a hairdryer, and dressing gowns were a plus.

The staff were extremely helpful - helping us to arrange a boat trip around the island that was wonderful and also arranging our ferry tickets onto Positano. The room was cool and comfortable and the views from the terrace were stunning.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
The breakfast was abundant , with a good variety of fresh fruits, eggs, and cheeses. The location is excellent, tucked away from crowds was nice.
Size issues with the pool left some guests wanting more, and several mentioned a lack of timely service when seeking assistance. Room cleanliness reports were also on the downside, causing some discomfort.

The room was pretty and very clean. Staff was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the ac. We had an economy room and our view was of the service area, including crates. Breakfast can be had downstairs or in your room. Our scheduled delivery was 7-7:30 and tray arrived at 7:45. Breakfast was nice but had to pay extra for meat, cheese and other extras that were included at other hotels. The location of hotel was good for shopping and hiking. I would stay here again.

Hotel Flora makes you feel comfortable around the clock. The staff is friendly, anticipates anything you can wish for, helps you to organize any trips/reservations - just does about anything to make you happy.
The waiters tend to be a little slow. Given the nice surroundings, this however does not really disturb.
